In this beautiful piece of paradise is a small city in the Dooars named Malbazar; a small and beautiful valley of North Bengal. In the heart of this gorgeous scene there is a forward-thinking school for tiny feet with big dreams.
Welcome to Kishalaya; where studying isn’t just something that produces stress on young hearts. We believe that education is the most powerful tool you can give to a child, which is why our goal is to provide a fun environment with many opportunities. Education is power, allowing precious little spirits to learn while enjoying every second of every day.
Kishalaya is a Bengali word, directly translating to “New Leaf” in English. This is symbolic of the birth of a new life. A new child. It’s our responsibility to not only educate them, but to make them kind, loving human beings too – growing from young leaves to powerful trees who support nature and the world around them.
We’ve been working hard to create an educational and moral base for our students for more than 30 years. When it comes to education, all religions are treated equally at Kishalaya. Boys and girls play together, learn together, and grow together. The bigger picture is our top priority. We focus on creating students who are fully equipped to be successful adults, becoming not just good students, but great human beings.
